Verhalon has confirmed that their riser/bar back for a 28mm bar will fit the 2011 R1200R.

street bob 59 ... Parabellum Scout fairing is now available for the 2011 BMW R1200R, with a selection of heights in windscreen, but with long production times (months). I rode behind one for 15 years, 65,000 miles -- loved it -- and have one on order now for the new machine.

dbrick ... The handlebar on the 2011 BMW R1200R is tapered, measures 1 and 1/8 inches diameter at the clamp, less towards the grips. Separation of bolts at the clamp measures 1 and 1/2 inches center to center. Bar backs for the 2007-2010 R1200R will not fit, thus am having to return the Moto-Techniq...
