DJ, if you go, know that you've made a lot of good friends around the world. I've ...

I see the hot blue bike (it's beautiful), but where's the gal? Was there another picture edited out for some reason?

What's this about:

Good Luck!

Al, Good luck to you. I'm jealous! Although I will return to Japan sometime within a few years for an extended motorcycle trip. I just don't know exactly when yet. There's a book I have about motorcycle touring in Japan, perhaps you'll be interested in it: Motorcycle Vagabonding In Japan I lived in ...

Windy City Riders

I'm in the southwest Chicago 'burbs... Downers Grove.

It would be fun to do a group ride around southern Wisconsin. That's where the nearest hilly twisties are, right?

common problems?

Are those problems common? If so, it's a bummer. At 5K miles on my bike, downshifting became almost impossible once the clutch warmed up and it cost me about 400 bucks -- diagnosed as dry clutch splines, rusted, DRY clutch splines by the dealer. Yea, I was kinda suprised that this happed at just 5K ...

about those bags...

hey fellows, thanks for the tips about attaching the system bags. I think my right bag fell off because it wasn't properly attached. I Left last Friday morning early from Chicagoland for Paola, Kansas. From about 6:30AM to about 7:30PM I covered 560 miles. I took the superslab Interstate 55 to...
