in motorworks, they cant find my windshield part number which is probably from BMW America (99-99-0-000-412)..

any other suggestions ?

my BMW dealer asks for 160 euros for the hardware kit..

can anyone point me to a cheaper reseller ?

@Lionlady: yes, it was.. but they dont care. i found an ABS unit on Ebay, with part number 34517660909 since local BMW service have no problem to install a part i will get (of course no warranty for the part), i asked them if this is ok. they told me that the right part number for my bike is 3451768...

today i was driving in a declivitous (i dont know if this is the right word) road, for 10', using front brake all the time..
i lost my back servo 4-5 times..

I had this exact problem twice. Once when the bike had been sitting more than a few weeks and again when the battery started to go after 5 years.
