My QDs both broke off in my hands (2004, R1150R, 20k (s)miles on the clock) while trying to un-hook them. Had some 5/16" OD SS 304 welded tubing and several small screw type hose clamps and cut off a couple of sections of SS tubing to the length of the assembled QD and used that to replace the ...
