welcome, the only thing i would recommend is for long journeys maybe fit a screen for bit more comfort. snip the cable ties around the head stock, as these are too tight and can cause problems occasionally. I had a similar thing happen on the 850 r i had before the rockster. The cause was too much free play taken up on the lever by me turning the screw on the reservoir , causing me to actually hit the deck. Lesson learned.

All suggest the green welly for a meeting point , then over glencoe , Ballachullish, round to Oban back round to the Green welly , then home to wherever your from.

the nights are getting longer, wey hey. Going to check my shifts when i go back to work at the weekend and will get back to you. Two or Three of us hoping to make it, but we all work for the ambulance service so work two weekends out of three. Fingers crossed tho.

maybe the welsh and the scots can have a gathering for a run in the spring next spring then. A run round the lakes or the yorkshire dales would be about half way.

i am another fan of the new continental road attack 2, great grip, good in the wet and wont let you down even when close tothe limit. PIlot 2 maybe a bit mre grippy but wont let you feel when your on the max, then they let go.
