I have an 04 R1150R with 7000 miles and I am the second owner. I saw the post on cutting the ties but I thought it said on 02 or 03 model years. I checked mine and they are tied together, would you suggest cutting them? And then would you tie or tape them back to hold the bundle together? Any sugges...

I know exactcly what you mean. Had Harley's since 94 and decided last summer to add to my colletion. Bought a used 04 R1150R. It's a great bike but it took a bit of getting used to it. I have a 2004 R1150R that I have had for almost a year. In my opinion and experience I feel like the speedometer reads faster than I am actually going, around 5 mph. Any info on this. I have heard that some read this way.
