Picked it up this weekend. Only put about 25 miles on so far, but I love it. The telever, shaft drive, boxer, servo/ABS, stupid turn signals... all will take some getting used to, but it's great!

Canadian build differences?
The Rockster I am looking at owning soon is a canadian bike originally. Legally (So I'm told) imported and licensed in US by the first owner. Other than the obvious Kilometer/Mile differences, are there any build differences? *edit to add: This one is a 2003, but it's a dual spark. I understand that...

Pics will be forthcoming! A few weeks until we make the trade. I am already working on some modifications... mostly visual at first (necessitated by the small amount of cosmetic damge on the bike).

Hello everyone! Just wanted to introdruce myself. Will be soon trading my Aprilia Caponord for a 2003 Rockster. Great deal for both of us, as I want something more "fun" and he wants to get back into adventure bikes. Looks like a great forum, I look forwarding to gleaning and contributing!

...do the bicycle speedometers that CRazyCam mentioned calculate speeds high enough? I don't see many Armstrongs pedaling around at 80 mph
