Thanks everyone. The head covers are magnesium and they are just scratches so i'm gonna not worry about replacing them.
Any advice about the engine light on the display, again, it doesn't come on anymore so I'm guessing it's ok.

I have a new 2012 R1200R and recently it tipped over in a parking lot. I was practicing slow manuevering(I know rookie mistake). Anyway, the right cover on the cylinder has small scratches. Do I need to have it repaired? Is there any risk of rust? Also, the "engine" symbol on the display w...
