Incredible Crash Picutures
This was listed on the front page of motorcycle.com. Their message was "Folks, this is a prime example of why you should always look as far ahead as possible when riding your motorcycle. " One of the more incredible sequences of photos I've seen. I find it incredible there was only 1 maybe...

Maint. Sched. - Next Service Question
Umm, I have this friend who umm, seems to have misplaced ](*,) the maintenance schedule for his 2003. I've looked, oh wait I mean, he's looked :-# , all over. Anyhow, have done the 12000 - but did it early (+/- 11,500) - am now at 15000 and am sure something needs to be done. Just not sure what. Any...

 Sad. This is sad. I lost my mom last year - way too early and the only solace in the whole thing I have found is when I consider that I was lucky to have her for as long as I did - even if it wasn't long enough. But, as I know too well - this time is so hard. When it comes down to it - it suck...

Not enough Pride to
shut up and not disclose the fact that on my trip to the mtns yesterday, I got off 'ole Pearly and well, forgot to put the sidestand down. Needless to say, she's a bit bruised. I like to think I'm one of those with alot of common sense. Oh well, as I come to grips with my own realities, here's...

Thanks for the input. Based on your feedback, I decided to forego the 4 hr. trip from Charlotte to Deals Gap. Instead, I headed up to Morganton and hoped on 181 North, hit the Blue Ridge Prky and came back down 221. 181 was a great road. I got behind some trucks that slowed me down but for the first...

Tight vs. Vibrate
Did you think you'd see that Subject on this bb, did ya?
Anyhow, does tightening the mirror eliminate vibration on your bikes? My left mirror vibrates to the point that I cannot discern the make/model (if it's a crown vic or not)
But not so much for the right mirror.
Any ideas?

"New Member" - That sounds funny, like someone had an operation. Anyhow, been checking this site out since I bought Mr. White in '03. I don't have a significant amount of techy know-how so was reluctant to join - didn't feel that I had anything substantial of value to bring here....
