OK, so my helmet is not smelling as springtime fresh as it once was.

I have a low seat and bought an Alaskan Sheep Skin Butt Pad and it really helps soften the seat a bit without adding to the height of the seat.

Would using a gel battery charger on a regular battery damage it? I bought a used 2003 R two years ago and assumed it had a gel battery so i bought a gel battery charger. This year when I took it in for the 24k service the dealer informed me that the battery had "leaked" all over the area ...

keep in mind there is about $2000 worth of extras on that bike. 6K would be very, very cheap. Actually in my mind 7K is not a bad price if all maintenance was done and they have the records.
A new R1200R with all that stuff would cost you well over 15k.
