How much are our bikes going for?

I regret to say that I am seriously considering Selling my Ed. 80. There's lots or reasons why but these are the main two...... My wife and I are having our 1st baby, and there's the safety factor, #2 I simply am not riding as much as I thought I was going to.
My Ed 80 only has 5k miles and it sits in my garage hooked up to a battery tender.

KBB is notoriously high for autos, I would assume bike prices would be similar.

My Credit Union uses NADA for used vehicle values, which in my case were considerably lower.

2002 BMW R1150R

KBB - $6,635
NADA - $3,440-$4,525

When I registered the bike in PA, the state says it's worth $8,200. I had to have the owner notarize the sale price to avoid paying tax on the $8,200.

Interestingly, the KBB trade in value for a good condition 2002 R1150R was $4,500, right at the top of the NADA valuation.

I looked at nada and it estimates 17k miles for a 2004 and the value is $8,765, but my baby only has 5k miles on it it should be worth more
