I had great mileage( kilometrage?) on my last set of Pilot Roads = 20,000 kms plus!! =D>
Just mounted another set of Pilot Roads (the original compound type)

Results looking similar to previous polls. Opinions favor Metzeler and Michelin with significant minority for Pirelli and Continental. Dunlops and Bridgestones are least favored.

My own experience for street/road riding and no track days is that it doesn't matter much. For performance few exceed any tires' capability. For long mileage and even wear, operator style and habits contribute more than tire manufacture and spec. Buy on price. Buy on personal preference. Buy on poll results. You are unlikely to be wrong.
