WTB: (Upstate NY) Small beginner road bike

Post by Doug »

Let me know what you've got in Upstate NY! I'm looking for a friend. Thinking about stuff like: Honda rebel, Kawasaki ninja 250r, Suzuki GS500F, GZ250 or TU250X, etc. - something light, easy to ride, good for someone a bit shorter, and has no issues.

Please send me an email with what you've got and price via email so I can forward it on.

Sorry for the global announcement. I know, I know, a serious abuse of the message board system! :) Its just for a couple days.

Cheers,
-Doug

We just sold a 1980 KZ 250 yesterday that would have been perfect. First person who came to look at it, bought it. They paid full asking price with no haggling. It was truly lovely, with 4320 miles. I was sad to see it go.

It would have been a long ride to upstate NY though. :D I didn't post it here, because it probably would have needed transport to anybody interested.
I was dreaming when I wrote this, forgive me if it goes astray...

Oh, I should have mentioned this before. Said friend is looking for something a bit newer, maybe 2005+.
