i had the aeroflow and felt it was like a barn door and seemed that the wind be pushed aside by it really affected the cornering, like it wanted to push me where i did not like to even drive the bike. then i went back to naked which is still probably the best. but i got the parabellum scout and it works great for me. i have 2 size shields the smaller of the 2 wind hits me below the helmet and i do not really like the way that feels the next size up the wind just rolls over my helmet so nice for uprightrideing and if i lean forward i am in a bubble of really clean air. i might try to sell small shield and spring for big size for the fall just to see the difference.

While the latest thread on windshields is going on, I have a question: Is there a model of aftermarket windshield that is advertised at mounting directly to the Flyscreen mounts? I thought I'd seen that somewhere in the many threads I've read here and on other sites, but now I can't seem to find it. It seems like it was a little larger, and somebody was swapping out their Flyscreen in colder weather for it.

Yeah! The MRA VNTB fits to the existing BMW sports screen mounting. It's a German made screen and available with it's own fitting kit for other bikes but without a fitting kit, just some new Torx screws
for fitting to a BMW.
See this link for more exact details:

Thanks OJ! I must have missed that thread when searching. Lots of comments on windshields out there to sift through.

I bought Bob's MRA Vario screen you see in his pics a few years ago.
It's still going strong and it's the perfect match for my height.
This was my 3rd try at a "perfect for me" screen.
(Is picking a wife easier than a windscreen?)

Cutting the noise down is definitely important. I consider my hearing to have been damaged by the high noise levels induced by my screen. Even with ear plugs which tended to pop out. I now take the risk of neck strain at higher speeds with a small, but much quieter BMW sport screen.
