Searched on " charcoal canister removal" and

...couldn't find a thing on whether or not the gas tank must be removed on a '04 R to get to the vitals.

Searched here, IBMWR and others...nada.

Anyone?

The IBMWR article references a 1995 R1100RSL but thanks anyway.

Yeah, that much I gathered but I didn't have time the other night to check closely to see if the tank has to be removed but I do seem to remember looking under there once and thinking "hells bells the tanks in the way".

Must be a black topic though as it looks like them what know's are stayin' mum!
