Has anyone notice leak (or streak) marks on the right side of their Rock, just under the break lines, on the black plastic cover over the trans/shaft (I think that is what it is).
I have what looks to be a big leak, but it always seems dry, and their is never any drops on the ground. I can't identify wherre it comes from or what the liqued is. But is seems to be growing.
Anyone else? Have any ideas?
Thanks!
Right side leak?

agreed, gas leak is a common problem on this bike and the only motorcycle life-blood that dries quickly is gasoline. Put the bike in neutral with the sidestand down and start it up while shining a flashlight under the right hand side of the tank, you should find your culprit.
P.S. Make sure you stamp out your cigarette real well first

Found it--
Last night I pulled off the fuel line cover and couldn't find a leak. Started the Rock....no leak. Decided to ride it to work this moring. When I got off the Highway and stopped at a light, noticed the gas smell and sure enouph, it was leaking from the clamps.
The slogan "The Ultimate Driving Machine" came to mind as I pretended I was Dr. Schivago on the rest of the way to work. WOO HOO!
Anyway, A call to Victory BMW, a call to roadside assist, and my baby is on its way to get fixed.
Thanks for the help guys!!! My nick name at the office is "FlameBoy" At least no explosions!
