Eurotech Motorsports will never again be my first choice for aftermarket parts for my bike. I ordered a female BMW power socket and a bracket to mount it on. This was the first week of March and I have still not recieved the power outlet. I did get the bracket after 2 weeks. I e-mailed them 2 weeks ago and asked if they had forgotten me. They wrote back and said they had just that day gotten the sockets back in stock
(What a coincedence!) and that they would be shipping them the next day. I still have not recieved the socket. This is an item I could have ordered many other places. I wish I had.

I would have at least expected some communication up front - Dear Mr. Customer, we are currently out of stock of _____ but expect them to be received by ______ (sometime this century). Do you still wish to keep your order in place and we will ship when available, or__________.
And then some communication to keep the customer up to date.
Most customers understand that stuff happens, and as long as you are open and honest about what is happening the customer will work with you. But I hate buying something and then being left in the dark.
