Do you remember where you picked up those turn signals or who made them? That is a mod I've been wanting to do for awhile now.

Thanks!

They are Lockhart Phillips with the double filament 1157 bulb and cost right around $22 per set. I have enclosed a pic of them installed with the OEM's just below for size reference. On the rear I tied the running lights to the stop light, in the front to the headlight.

I loved the running lights with the turn signals, a word of caution, check your state laws, some states don't allow them. On the other hand, who is going to bother citing a bike......

Did those just wire right up?

Also, would the LED versions be just as simple?

The signals come with bare wire, they will wire up after you attach some terminals, the running light will have to be tapped from the stop light. Wiring will be the same for the LED versions, if available.

Perfect.

Thanks for the information!

I have only had my R for just over a year now, and the electrical portion makes me the most nervous.

Well it's been under two weeks since the post started and no one has come forward to answer the last two questions, so I'm going to answer them and close the issue.

The gathering was the 2005 Beakster Bash II in Barstow, WVA.

Chibbert rode it last, running it up the ramp onto the trailer.

CycleRob took pictures of the UNI's and how I located the air temp sensor under the seat.

Both BBI and BBII meant a great deal to me because the gatherings were spontaneus, the gruop was young and it opened the door to the subsequent gatherings at various locations.
