Thanks

Wait for 2 weeks... I'll be back home and can ship MotoTechniques to you. See the For-Sale section. Used for about 20 miles..

2 main options.
Moto techniques: functional in design, and inexpensive. Look like an add-on. A couple of lift / back options available (.625" and 1.125" back, from memory)
MV Verholen: well designed, pricey. Look like part of the bike. 40mm back (again memory - that's 1.57") Some debate about whether you need new cables, but my risk-averse dealer fitted mine and cables are fine.

You will find a few moto-techniques like Don's for sale. I suspect it's coz the MV Verholen ones are so much better resolved as a design that riders eventually save up ... (I bought the MTs, too, but when they failed to arrive I took it as a sign and ordered the Verholens - MTs arrived a few weeks later thanks to the vagaries of international post)

I used the MV Verhoelen unit on my R1200R, and am very happy with the results. It was not necessary to modify any cables. The MV has been on just over 7,000 miles at this point.

I also found these

I went with the MV risers since they look like an OEM product and since they are TUV approved.
