Handle bar risers

Has any one fitted bar risers from Wunderlich / Nippy Norman - if so are they as simple to fit as suggested or do any of the cables need extending?

I installed the Touratech Offset handlebar risers on my previous R1200R:

The offset style not only raised the bar but moved it further away from the cable path. No issues with the original cable lengths and the offset riser, the upright Wunderlich risers should not be a problem.

I've had risers on a couple of RR's over the years, but on the last two I have put the Wunderlich Touring Wellness Bar. They raise the bars a bit, move the grip back and change the angle on which your hands sit on the bars and they retain the stock look. They are much more comfortable for long periods or riding than risers. You do need a slightly longer brake line, but that is not much of a problem. You might get away with rerouting, etc, but I think it is safer to just get a slightly longer line.
