Picked up my new bike last month and have done a few mods and added a few farkles.
Still waiting for the rain to stop so I can put some mileage on her.

Pretty bike! Wonder why they didn't use the same cross spoke set up as the GS to allow tubeless tyres? I really like the big fat skunk stripe though!

Rizoma "Class Retro" mirrors. Ordered the from PJ's Parts.

Pricey but beautifully made.

Cheers

I love the blacked out headers! Is that a full system, or ceramic coating? How's it sound with that pipe? And which one?

Did you remove the barend weights? Any difference in feel? I looked at a couple Rizoma designs but it seemed like I'd need to remove the weights or machine them, or use some additional bit on the end. I'd prefer to keep my weights, otherwise I'd get these or some CRGs.

The muffler is a Remus hexacone with the sticker removed. The headers are stock, I just had everything ceramic coated.

LOVE the sound of the pipe (baffle is removed) has a much deeper tone to it but not offensive.

Cheers,
Dan

I put Rizoma bar ends on my R1200R by machining some small aluminum spools and using longer 8MM bolts. The ends of the spools fit into the recesses in the bar end weights. The bodies of the spools are handlebar diameter.

I've thought of doing something similar. There's another thread floating around where someone machined the ends of the barend weights. I really dig the CRG Lanesplitters - had some on my Speed Triple. One of these days I'll get around to actually doing something about my mirrors.
