Last one? Doubtful. Probably won't be long before the farkle disease strikes again! It never ends.

I didn't see aftermarket shocks in your list. I think I'm ready for some with only 14K on my '08. Either that, or trade it in on a GS...

It would be an interesting exercise to use my list and almost all other (off the shelve) farkles with an estimated cost of each one to see what is possible to spend on one bike :-k

Could be a useful tool for newbies to get a guide as to what their total expenditure might be.

Chrome valve covers, eh? Hope you don't drop it. :) I like how they match the chrome mirrors on your Classic. BMW might have ended the accessory bling for the DOHC bikes, but for the '07-'10 models, these do add panache that some would probably call fetishistic:

- an aluminum oil-fill cover embossed "BMW BOXER"
- metal protective caps for the telelever bearings (x2), and the clutch-side rear wheel fork (x1) (Don't cover on throttle-side rear wheel fork). Fairly certain all three are the same part number.
- metal telelever cap atop the bottom fork brace
- milled aluminum caps for the top yoke (x2)
These metal parts replace plastic counterparts, and only the telelever cap is shiny.

There is a carbon fiber timing chain cover, but you might be able to order in shiny chrome. It's all OEM. You can find similar items from third-party sites. I think most of the OEM versions look better. I bit on the milled levers and milled yoke caps, but Motorrad really got into my wallet with its LED lighting upgrades.

If you want to enhance the look of the motorcycle, it's profligacy at its best.

1. Mudsling
2. Cee Bailey screen
3. Wunderlich mirror extenders

+ loud horn
+ Wunderlich rear mudguard extender
+ Iphone/GPS holder
+ mudflap front mudguard

Interesting the rang of mods. we have all fitted and how our priorities are so varied!

Does this show more about us as a group or about the well sorted nature of the R1200R?

The bike looks great. Just do not think you are done - way too much to add yet. I personally always add bar risers.

I would add Skene P3 and Photon Blaster (silly name) conspicuity lights
I'll add Clearwater Krista LED road lamps if I can ever figure out how to mount them to the frame.
