I think Wayne is working on this and has a plan. It should be close to you.

I recall Wayne mentioning it. I didn't know if western VA was made "official." Looking forward to seeing y'all next spring.

Yep, Wayne is on the case. He's just been a little tied up lately. I think he has been changing the coolant out in his R1150R.

Hi guys,
Yeah I have been a little tied up as of late, between changing the coolant on the R and then finding I needed my coolant pump worked on........well it's been fun.

I was out visiting motels last week trying to get this started. There is one "challenge" for that particular weekend in Staunton. All the local colleges (and there are 3) have their graduation that same weekend. All the local motels get booked up a long time in advance and they jack their rates accordingly. I'm going back out this morning to talk to the mgr at 2 places in particular.
I'll throw this out for you guys to consider---moving the Bash to another weekend will make things a tad easier and less expensive. Just something to consider.

Edit to the above post........I've nailed down a motel. So ignore the suggestion about changing dates. I've got a few small details to work out and that will be done by the week's end.
