Suspension Setting
What is the best way to set the suspension setting on the R? What sould one look for?

Too soft....and....too hard................You want something in between.What is the best way to set the suspension setting on the R? What should one look for?
Are we talking front or rear?...preload?...it depends on how heavy you are..your type of roads and the type of riding you do.
I think most of us have the adjusting screw turned fully in and then backed off about two turns...and I have my preload adjuster on the rear close to fully stiff/hard....that's how I like it....it would be a bit too stiff for most.

an inch of travel?
I read some place that you should have an inch of travel when your seat onthe bike...... and take from there..... Is this a good idea?
