H6W YEAH!

Replaced the T4W in the high beam can with a H6W. Wow what a difference! Bright white light instead of the stock yellowish candle glow. H6W is used as the license plate light (mine was burnt out). Only issue is the offset side pins on the bulb; does not just pop in the parking light socket. I filed one pin down enough to fit the bulb socket. I don't use the parking light feature so higher battery use with the 6 watt is not a concern.
H6Ws can be had in blueish if you are so inclined. Google it. I got mine through Wild Hair Accessories - http://www.whaccessories.com. Cool cat, quick service, honest & easy to deal with. Cost $6.00 each plus shipping. eBay has them for $20 range from UK plus shipping. BMW & Mercedes dealers should also stock them as they serve as side lights on their cars.
