Painted the Givi

My bike is granite grey and the Givi was silver. It was just "off" enough to bug me, so I had it painted this week. BMW won't release their paint codes for their bikes, so my painter friend couldn't get the exact match, but I think he got pretty close. Here is the new improved RR:
NOW:
BEFORE;
It was a very silver color and now it is more grey like the bike. I'm pleased. And for the summer time heat, I picked up a speedster screen this week from a fellow board member to change out with the Givi.

Looks good Gypsy. I also like the added BMW logo. Very subtle...very nice.

Looks brighter to me, but that's about it... Is this a trick question?
Honestly, you have a very clean bike. I just don't clean mine the way some others do on this board!

I think the instrument cluster is one of the nicer features of the bike. I don't understand trying to cover it up. But, hey I'm nuts.

Some of us use our Roadster to tour. It's tough to ride the superslab for more than a couple hours without wind deflection. Yeah, I know- it's called a Roadster, not a tourer. But hey, labels are only labels. The R1150R is a great touring platform.

Givi fairing looks great. What brand of brackets and lights did you add?

Nice touch, the color match is very close, and adds to the overall apperance of the bike. It is the details that sets one bike apart from another.

I have always liked your bike color and the new screen color just makes it better. Nicely done!
As to the looks of the instrument cluster. After a 1200 mile weekend, it doesn't look quite as good with all the bug guts on it!
