77miles of great morning..

Post by DAQ421 »

So after a week of getting my butt kicked at work I needed a bit of two wheel therapy..

I bundled 77 miles of favorite back roads into a couple of hours of peace of mind.. It was a great morning..

I'd rather get heat rash than road rash. The end..

Yeah, there are some fun areas to explore in this part of Northern CA...

I was going to say, that looks like the area in western Washington I was in a couple of weeks ago. The combination of arid hills and forrest makes an interesting ride.
I don't get caught in the rain, I ride in it on purpose.

Fantastic pictures from what looks like a beautiful ride, and I know what you mean by therapeutic.

We've just come out of our (admittedly mild) winter which offers up days as clear and inviting as you had.
Unfortunately my bike has been off the road for a couple of weeks as I wait for a set of Ohlins to replace the 100000 km OEM suspension. But no longer. They arrived yesterday. I had planned to put them on soon and along with the new tyres I had fitted during the lay up I would be good to go.
Your post comes as a nudge for me to get moving - fit the suspension today and get a wee test ride in this afternoon.
Bring on the therapy!
