Belly Pan
Hello, Does anyone know if there is a belly pan available for our bikes that allows the use of the centerstand? I know there are one or two carbon fiber ones that are very expensive and don't look like they allow the use of the centerstand. But I remember seeing somewhere some pics of one that was black with red pinstriping. Made out of fiberglass or some kind of plastic. It was more abbreviated than the CF ones and in my view really cleans up the bike. It was a nice looking addition without making the bike look like a tupperware bike. Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks in advance...

That's something I'd like to see. Belly pan and center stand.

I'd love to see one that just covers the engine bottom, back to about the rear of the sump. It's a PITA to keep the bottom of the engine clean with the munge the front wheel throws up. The winter mix here of mud/dirt/salt is a real pain to get off.

Here's something I just received in an e-mail today: http://www.motorradzubehoer-hornig.de/e ... iler.html#

I think I would be more interested in the skid plate off of a GS for about the same money. I had a 'chin spoiler' on a Guzzi and I was constantly repainting it, but if it floats your boat then here it is. It would be something you wouldn't see everywhere.
I just remembered that Finn had a skid plate on his R1200R, I guess he sold the bike when he moved to a GS.

Re: Belly Pan
I installed a Skid plate from a 08 1200GS which somebody gave me. It works perfectly with the center stand. It is not cheap since you have to purchase all the screws from BMW to attach the plate to the engine.

Hello, A&S can get that pan, supposed to fit with centerstand, around $800 though. Seems to be the only one available though. Thinking about it....

I can't say for sure if this fits.... but let me know if it does
Certainly a heck of a lot less than $800
