Won't start

Problem at the weekend was intermitent, now the bike won't start at all.
I am not hearing the fuel pump when I switch on the ignition. The engine turns over but won't start.
Side stand up.
In neutral.
Kill switch in go position.
Plenty of petrol.
When I rang the dealership they spoke of the hall sensor. I am not sure?
I believe that if the fuel pump would run, then the bike would start.
Where should I look first? I have checked the fuse, but not the relay yet.

2 plug or 4 plug engine, if 4 plug you might have bad stick coils. Have you checked for spark?
