I'm having a issue with the front brakes they seem to surge almost like the pads are worn in warped?
I think the bike is under warranty till 2011 Should I bring it to the, for the break issues? I'm not sure if that is a warranty issue.
No windscreen is rough, any suggestions?

There has been a service info bulletin, with a revised rotor/mounting design that addresses a shudder problem on the front brakes (not "breaks".. that's what happens when you drop a china dish..) And it should be brought to the dealers attention.
As far as windscreens - spend 30 seconds with the search box and "windscreen" and you'll learn more then you ever wanted to know about windscreens. It is an ongoing topic that has pretty much been covered in real depth already - and how the satisfaction you might get from a screen is also dependent on your size, inseam, seat and riding position (and likely - phases of the moon.)

2012 R1200R - I love this bike!
Hey thanks for the info, I was pretty tired last night when I posted that First night of having her, and I went on a long ride.
As far as the service bulletins, is that something the dealer fixes for free under warranty? I'm a little concerned that there are 17 service bulletins out there, and 2 recalls. My bike has 6k, not sure what has been done. My dealer in VT isn't very nice when you dont buy a bike from him. I bought a few bike from x- country in NJ, I may just take a trip down and have them look over the bike.
Regarding the windshield topic, I've had very good luck with the stock sport screen. It takes enough wind blast off my chest to let me ride for extended periods at high speeds. For reference, I'm 6'2" and am using the standard seat.
I'm actually planning on chaning my seat to the tall comfort seat for a couple of reasons. For one, the stock seat was poorly designed (rounded profile) and causes a number of pressure points after about 30 minutes. Also, I need to open my knee angle up a little bit since I feel a little cramped (that's why I'd go with the tall version of the comfort seat). But most interestingly, the extra bit of height will put my head in actually pretty clean air, solving the bulk of my wind noise issues. My airhawk (when I use it) helps a lot in this respect arleady. Can't wait! Only the seat cost is giving me pause at the moment.
