HELP - throttle choke cable adj or replacement

anyone with information on the replacement or tightening of the throttle choke cable?
Have tried adjusting the bolt and screw on the cable assmebly but doe not seem to work and
the bike is hard to start.

suggest get yourself the repair manual. In google or bing or any other search engine search for "Carl Salter manuals". Once you found the site you can download the manual for the R1100R. You'll find the info needed in there.
