I've seen worse. Actually, for a Suzuki cruiser, it might be my favorite (on a very short list!) I guess it's their answer to the Yamaha Roadstar Warrior. Two things that strike me; The nacelle that houses the headlamp makes it look like it might be difficult to manufacture a functional windscreen that doesn't look lumpy and bulbous. And, I'm confused about the published dry weight; is it 315 kilograms (693 pounds) or 395 pounds (179.5 kilograms). Something tells me that it's the latter and not the former!

Lose that headlight and it might not be too bad...for a cruiser!
1800CC and 395 lbs. dry wt?? Not!
I bet it pulls pretty hard.

If at the push of a button,

Suzuki's answer to the Honda Rune.
I'll second that...
Marko, have you got your bike back yet, you poor old sausage. That was certainly a bit of bad luck. Now if you'd been riding your brake wouldn't the disk have itself have overheated... or did it?

I like it also, I just got the cruizer bug again and couldn't resist a bargain on a Kaw VN2000, it is a great ride. Beemer stays as bike #1. Maybe the zuk will be my next in a few years when there are leftovers and they lower the price by 4K!!

Ugh. Blatent rip-off of the Honda VTX. :^P
Not that the VTX is any beauty-pageant winner in my book, either.

Hey - don't pick on Suzuki! Here's an ugly bike only the designer could love...
By the way - if I had room in the garage I would have one in there right now!

Bob,
"Form follows function" I'd love to have a GS, too.

That Sozook isn't any uglier than the R1200CL.

The crew at my dealer had a used R1200CL on the floor which they referred to as their "alien baby".
Poor aliens!

Marko, have you got your bike back yet, you poor old sausage
..got it back today, spick and span and with a new front tyre and full 40000 service....4000 earlier than expected.
Now i think of it, my rear has been locking up rather easy, so i think the pads have been getting stuck on the disk. Have a look at how close the disk is to the plastic boot and it does not take much to set it off.
something to watch.

thats nothing compared to that thing arlen MESS has in cycle world
this month.
The only way to improve one of his bikes is with several yards of det cord.
