I am tring to find out from all of you riders what is a good device for communicating with your passenger and listening to music! ( I-pod) I am tempted to buy a chatterbox but Wanted some feed back before doing so!

i have had pretty good luck with my cheapy chatterbox units, and they already do bike to bike and integrate music fine. i would at least get the ones with the PTT button on them though. the corded push to talk button is a pain, so i just manually control the vox to go on or off. they work great at lower speeds with the vox, but over 50 mph with a 3/4 helmet it is tough unless you control manually. BTW, chatterbox has an awesome unit coming out with all kinds of integration for radar/stereo and BLUETOOTH HEADSETS. should be out in a month or two they say. you can see it on the riderswarehouse/aerostich site....

yeah, they are blowing them out. rumour is that they are clearing out for a new model that is bluetooth ready. not sure if that means bluetooth headset or phone. hopefully headset. problem i had with the autocomm is you still had to buy the radio and where to put it seemed a problem. i hear they are nice in terms of audio quality. basically just a big audio connector/vox system for a bike...
London traffic + ipod = A&E or Undertaker, bare minimum isurance loss and broken limbs/ribs/fingers/toes/collarbones/insert_your_favourite_body_part_hererearro wrote:Duke, I have tried riding with just me and the road but..... With out my music i just get bored when I'm riding and have tunes playing it's like I just enjoy it 10 fold I can't explain it I just get lost in the music and the raod!
Mind you - I love driving car and listening to music, but listening to Vivaldi or Bach does not go well with riding a bike!
Seriosly speaking - I am to get some voice system - but have no idea what to go for - probably something bluetooth, with rider to passenger communication + audio inputs for GPS and MP3 - I would listen to MP3 on a motorway (but not in town).
