I just finished e-mailing Kisan about the error in their fitment chart for the headlamp modulator for our R1150R's. Their brochure, which the dealers use, lists the P115-H3 for the 2002 R1150R. This is incorrect. This bike uses a 3 prong connector to plug into the H4 bulb. Their modulator has 2 wires that terminate in spade terminals for the highbeam wire, requiring the wire to be cut and spliced. The P115W-S has the three way plug feature and only needs to be plugged in between the existing plug and the bulb. Now I have another 80 mile round trip to exchange the unit for the correct one
Most dealers wil rely on the Kisan chart, so beware.
