Hi,
Where do you all buy your r1150r accessories and other BMW gear (in the US)? Any recommendations?

Chicago BMW for parts and accessories, they offer a big discount. Not sure about gear...

Ditto what BP said...and Chicago BMW isn't an apparel dealer. If you want BMW gear you'll pretty much pay MSRP for it except for the occasional closeout or dealer open house. Might as well go to your local dealer (if you have one) to save on shipping. My dealer (Cross Country BMW in NJ) doesn't charge NJ sales tax on gear since it's considered clothing. No tax on clothes in NJ. Some dealers will charge tax since it's "sports equipment".
Having said that, I've bought stuff at a discount (like 50% for the Airflow suit)
from Victory BMW in AZ (ask for Stephanie). I've also gotten deals from Ride West BMW in Seattle, Cliff's BMW in Danbury CT, and Wolf BMW in Canada.
One thing - many dealers will offer a first purchase, one-off, or 30 day discount if you sign up for their email mailing list. Usually 10, maybe 15 percent. Many will offer a discount if you're a MOA member.
It pays to ask.

Good online store
I like Twisted Throttle: http://www.twistedthrottle.com/. I've bought top cases, tank bags, and a couple other things for both my bikes. Good quality, good pricing. I saw them at the national rally and they were nice people too.

2 for twisted throttle
http://www.ibmwr.org/market/ great deals here
http://www.ascycles.com/ would buy from these guys again
http://www.helmetsunblocker.com/
great place to look up your parts, helps speed things up when you call to order:

The best place for good deals is eBay, if you know what you want and are patient. I would say 80% of the stuff, including all of my camping gear I bought off of eBay, IBMWR, or the MOA flea market for AT LEAST 50% off.
Mostly used 1 time type of stuff.
At the very least you can use ebay to check the market prices on things so you know you're no getting ripped off.
Good luck!

For clothing and some gear (e. g., tank bag), I've had great luck with
http://www.newenough.com
Good selection, fair pricing, great customer service. They also will donate $1 from each purchase to a motorcycle organization that you can specify (r1150.org for example). The money doesn't go directly to the organization but rather to a fund that can be used to purchase items.
