Lone Star BMW

Post by reload »

I rode my rockster to Lonestar BMW in Austin,Tx. to have a rattle checked out yesterday. My bike is an 04 so I figured I might still have some warranty left. When I got there the service guy said it had ran out last month but he would take care of me anyway. They fixed the rattle and I was on my way within two and a half hours.I bought the bike there about a month ago and I have to say they are the best dealer by far that I have dealt with since getting back into motorcycles six years ago.
On a side note they had a black r1200r for just under 16 grand, almost twice what I gave for my rockster that has under three thousand miles.

It was a rattle coming from the fuel pump area,so they removed the fuel pump and it checked out ok.The service guy said it was probablyone of the fuel line connections rattling against the tank.
