The only difference I know is with the new seat MY2008, that has been reshaped in pilion area and, I guess, has also a different compound: I felt it to be a little harder then my old MY2007 (but must be taken in consideration that it is brand new... :) ).

I notice that the tail piece behind the tail light is silver on ours and black on Euro models?? I also know that in the US you get a choice of the high seat or the low seat when ordering yet the fiche shows three seats, high, standard , low. strange.

The red-pillion-strap? Stock? Or added?

And there is a choice in the US of three height seats - at least at my dealer in 2007...

I saw something about seat choice, but only prior to order. My dealer threw in a high seat but it is really at his expense since he really does not have any way to get reimbursed. Not to bad if your dealer is big and just has a rotating stock for whatever the customer wants, but for a dealership that has lower volume.....not such a great deal.

In 2007 you had a seat choice between three. 2008 two choices and options were sold in packages like cars, "can't have this without ordering that." :(

Yes indeed the 07 had 3 seat choice's,I have all 3, wanted the low for the wife, the high for me, both came with the deal, and when I picked it up my dealer gave me the mid comfort seat.So many choice's I'm still not sure, for me mid with a cushion or high.I'll keep switchin for a while.
