GIVI E-52 =D> =D> =D>

22 Pounds recommended load. ( I put much more).
Two Nolan helmets fit fine too.
With additional pad, makes a good backrest for the passenger.
Add a top rack and you have a place to strap a tent and a chairs.
The light kit will make your bike more visible on the road at night.

Good Luck.

I presume you're asking about top cases. I have a 36 liter GIVI with their R1150R bracket. I like it and it holds quite a bit. It won't hold a helmet, but is still very large and sturdy. I only wish it was keyed the same as the bike. The photos are pretty small, but you get the idea.

I've been living with the cheapo JC Whitney box. I got that one specifically because it will hold an XL helmet. Here's what it will look like

It *will* install on stock BMW rack, but I didn't seem secure to me. So I did the kitchen cutting board mod and I'm pretty happy with the rig now. Can see more about it here

Box holds a good amount of stuff and it is waterproof. Good luck.

I have had two different J C Whitney boxes. For the money, they are pretty good. I managed to fit them to the stock BMW rear rack.

I bought a second pillion seat, and bolted on, from the underside, a Pelican Case. I want to say I used a 1450. I bought the case and seat used for a total of $50. I can always swap back seats if I want carry a passenger. I would imagine that I could carry about 40 pounds safely, but have never put more than about 25 pounds in it. I added a few trailer reflectors to the sides and back of the case for added low-light visibility.
