Yes, the weather was wonderfully kind to us, high 20s low 30s everyday and no rain at all. The roads were almost empty of traffic. The basic route used was through Belgium, into Germany, calling at the nurbrugring. First night was in dingle on the Mossal river, then on to Interlaken, switzerland for three days. The return trip was back along the a500 and then along the banks of the Rhine.

Wish I was back there.....

Wow....that is on my list of must do vacations...I hope to be able to do it sometime in the next 5 years. I am saving my pennies as we speak.

Wow! That makes the Blue Ridge Parkway look like a bike path on an ant hill!

I am certain I didn't enjoy seeing these nearly as much as you did taking them, but I most certainly enjoyed seeing them!
Thanks for posting them. They are magnificent pictures of magnificent roadways in magnificent mountains.
