R1150GS Panniers on a R1150R ?

Are the GS panniers the same design/model and will they fit without any problems on the R1150R ?

They are a straight interchangeable fit. Frame and pipe location are identical.

The RT/RS will also once the pipe is lowered and the foot extended. This gives you the full size both sides.

In fact, the GS bag mounts will also fit the R.

Managed to get hold of a couple of good panniers at a great price, however the lock is broken on one of them. It's the plate that turns around with the key which then prevents the handle from moving/opening.....I guess replacement parts are available to repair ?
