I have a question about Oberon bar end mirrors.

Perhaps someone can help me.
I would like to know wich measure I must order for a couple Oberon Mirrors. The same Kieran has.
I have the orginal steeringbar. I think it is 22mm. Its obvious to order the 22mm but then again; i read alot information about the end weight bars. When i order the 22mm, is everything that i need in this package ?
and does the end weight bar fit straight away on my standard steeringbar?
