Hi folks,
here https://picasaweb.google.com/omg9500/BMW20110327# you can see the latest photos of my R1100R. The latest mods are the R1100S fork and carbon front fender, the 5.5" rear rim with the 180/55 tire, the oilcooler for the R1200R, comfort seats from a german company called Kahedo and the large intake from a company called Hattech. Also my fairing got a new paintjob.
What can't be seen are the "inner values". Cylinders off the R1150R, Woessner pistons, overhauled and fine-tuned heads and fine-tuned and weight-reduced rods.
The bike runs like hell and the latest R1200R or R1200GS cannot follow. Neither in speed nor in torque.
The bike is almost 13 years old and has around 70 000 kms on the clock.
Brgds
Oliver
