When I had an 1150R, these were my top 5:

2) Sargent seat
3) BMW System Case gab rails
4) BMW System Cases
5) Tall Parabellum windscreen
PS - When I got all these mods done, I traded it in for an RT...

1) Motolights
2) Sargent seat
3) Signal Minder
4) Marsee 20gal tank bag
5) K1200RS mirrors//// but I also like my
6) Louder FIAMM horn - when I can find the toggle.
7) 80/80 watt lamp
Throttle Rocker
9) GS handguards in the winter
10) Bob's throttle control
11) Wunderlich CF plate around key
12) Wunderlich thermometer on 'triple clamp' spot
13) RS- (I think) fuel enjector covers with BMW emblem stick ons.
14) BMW valve stem covers
15) Wunderlick pretty blue billet aluminum seat tensioner crank handle
16) Thread through aluminum oil cap (Should be moved higher on the list)
17) Hyperlights
18) Custom license plate frame
19) Large BMW emblem on the chopped fender.
20) Pirate's backrest (but my wife doesn't like it - email me if you want to make an offer)
21) Keith Haynes' axel hole BMW plug
22) System cases - obviously should be higher, but I considered them essential, not options
23) NO Windscreen - the best option.
24) Engine guards.
25) Probably several others I'm forgetting.
The stock exhaust still suits me fine, and I've used the $500+ dollars saved by not changing that to rationalize the cost of most of the rest on this list.
It's a fun bike to dress -- and ride.
