Windscreen in smoke

Post by thenok »

Hi!

New on tis forum.
Have just ordered my new R1200R, registration and delivery after new year some time. Like the look of the RR. Traded inn my R1100S and hope i would net regret that.

Now my question: Have anyone seen the bike with the smoked wind screen. Just one smal picture on the Norwegian BMW site.

Photos would be great!

I've never seen it before. Looks alot better than the standard clear wind screen.

But the price is insane.

If you already have a clear screan you could probably spray paint it with some dark smoke color. I was thinking of painting the underside where the bolds are black(there's a clear border in the screen that devides it in two horizintally) but still not sure if I'm going to. Will try it in photoshop first.
