Yes, these are picture of my bike (except first one)
My rails are a different - they do not have hand grab rail (which has two mounting holes for BMW rack or Givi top box rack).
Hand grab is circled in red on the first picture (stock picture from Givi)

Re: slip on for more noise
Thank you CycleRob. Can you please provide more details on #2? So far I put around 200 miles on mines, city/hwy.
In the city I am usually in 3 to 5 range, on the hwy most comfortable (ie no buzz, butter smooth) - 3500.

Re: slip on for more noise
Did a bit more research overnight - decided to hold on with the exhaust for now, want to get braided lines first, likely will need new pads and new battery as well by the end of the season. Most likely will get Remus over the winter Back to original question - cannot get cheaper than that! Not sure ...

Re: slip on for more noise
Thank you, I probably should just get y-pipe right now and keep it till I decide on exhaust. It is my first BMW and I kind of enjoy the vast difference in sound compared to my previous ride - inline 4 Yamaha FZ6 with engine based on R6 supersport and Leo Vince pipes. To say it was loud would be unde...

Re: slip on for more noise
Thank you! I emailed Neptune for a quote yesterday - they no longer supply the Y-pipe but still make the exhaust.
I may go for it for next season - just got the bike, still need to sell my old one.

Re: Givi 076-SR683 mount question
Well, if anyone curious - http://www.ascycles.com/detail.aspx?ID=28043 , $84 a piece
Also requires bolts kit ($42)
So my total went from $150 for just givi rack to $150 for givi rack, $210 for new side rails and bolts :-)

Givi 076-SR683 mount question
Hello New owner here - got 2002 R1150R. Would like to re-use my Givi top box and almost ordered the mounting kit (Givi 076-SR683) but looking closer I don't think it will work. Here is the picture of how it should be mounted - notice two bolts and kind of hand grab they supposed to attach to: https:...

Re: slip on for more noise
Do you have picture of your setup with Neptune pipe? Were you able to keep the center stand?
And any chance you have a video with the sound?
Thank you in advance
