I put the valve cover guards on a while back and after a couple of minor tip-overs they're the only part of the bike that shows any damage. Well worth it as far as I'm concerned.

Maybe he meant 5-8 hours? $1,100 for 58 hours of labor works out to about $19/hour, which doesn't leave a lot of room for the dealership to get by unless they've taken up 19th-century labor practices.

It was leaking from both. I'm kind of hoping that it's not as big a deal as having to replace them, since it only has 13,500 miles on it and they weren't leaking before the bike was taken apart.
