Found the culpret, sure enought the wire looked like it was cut with wire cutters. Soldered in a new piece of wire and shrink wrapped it put it back it in the black lomb, electrical taped it, good to go. On the road again!
P.S Tie wrapped but with not so tight.

Short in wiring harness
Well it finally happened. The short in the wiring harness from the over-tightened tie-wrap under the instrument/headlight cluster. Starts fine, then when you turn the bars to the right it just stops, turn it left its fine. Now the question is how do I find the short, without ripping everthing apart....

I checked the lids: Dot-4 for brake and clutch. I did see however that KTM Bikes have that on there clutch resevoir.

I just changed fluid as well and thought maybe I'm doing something wrong. The thing appeared to not fit, I thought what did I get myself into! But it turns out that when I removed the resevoir cover(where you fill it) It allows the the fluild to move around relieving the pressure behind the little b...

Exhaust glowing red
Just washed the bike and took it for a ride to dry the brakes out and noticed that the exhaust was glowing a nice red,(after sundown) like super heated metal. Is this normal?
